Tiered Levels
Implemented in 2013, two new levels have been incorporated into the yearly Award cycle, giving organizations the chance to write to the Baldrige Criteria in different stages and to receive feedback designed to meet the needs of those starting in the early stages.
Each level will have an Examiner team review their applications. The team members will work independently as well as in a group on a final feedback report, in the same fashion as the traditional Missouri Quality and Excellence in the Heartland (serving Kansas) Process.
The Tiered levels will reach both programs:
- Missouri - Missouri Quality Awards
- Kansas - Excellence in the Heartland
